As CEO of Wolfe, Kathy Wolfe is a forerunner in video marketing and distribution. Wolfe’s prior experience includes 14 years of Production and 18 years as the Co-Founder of Arrow Graphics, a national advertising company with 13 offices in 5 states. Kathy Wolfe is an experienced businesswoman with strengths in negotiating, budgeting, goal setting and human resources. Wolfe’s education includes a Master’s Degree in Art, and she is a skilled artist in marketing, graphic arts and video production. Read more about our founder.

Jim Stephens serves as President of Wolfe Video and Wolfe Releasing and is a member of the Producers Guild of America. He has been involved in the release of award-winning LGBT films such as Reaching for the Moon, In The Grayscale, Liz in September, The Girl King, Those People and Women He’s Undressed. He was an executive producer on Love is Strange, starring John Lithgow and Alfred Molina, which premiered at Sundance in 2014 and was nominated for four Independent Spirit Awards; Getting Go: The Go Doc Project; AWOL; and Miles. He was co-producer of Ten Thousand Saints which premiered at Sundance in 2015, and was an investor in the 2014 Broadway production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch starring Neil Patrick Harris.
Stephens served on the Board of Directors of Frameline, the nonprofit media arts organization that produces the San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival (2008-2013) and was the Board President in 2013. He also served on the national Board of Directors of Lambda Legal (2008-2012). Previously he was Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales and Field Operations at Adobe Systems, the pioneer and leader of digital arts media, where he was employed for more than 15 years.
