Lesbian comedian Julie Goldman (The D Word, LOGO’s “The Big Gay Sketch Show”) stars as cheerful optimist Linda, an aspiring tattooist who runs the camera for uptight hetero field reporter Kelly (Emily Burton, Out At The Wedding). Thrown together on assignment to the backwoods town of Little Hope, the mismatched pair must cope with accommodations at a wacky Youth Hostel by night, while recording mundane market research interviews by day, As charming butch Linda carries on a hot and heavy affair with her now straight and married former flame (Emma Bowers), the perennially dissatisfied Kelly worries about getting a new job. It all comes to a head at the 20th Annual Little Hope Chili Cook-Off.

Full of warmth and humor, Erin Greenwell‘s odd couple buddy movie is a unique tale of friendship, self-acceptance and hope.

Please note: BIG DREAMS IN LITTLE HOPE was previously titled MOM on the film festival circuit.
