Set against the bohemian backdrop of the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, Eastsiders Season 2 is a comedic look at the hip millennial population struggling to navigate life, love and making the rent.

Eastsiders Season 2 was written and directed by actor, writer and director Kit Williamson (Mad Men), who also stars in the film as Cal, an ambitious young photographer who navigates the complex world of modern gay life with his boyfriend, Thom, played by Van Hansis (As The World Turns).

The series also stars Constance Wu (Fresh Off The Boat), Brea Grant (Heroes), Brianna Brown (Devious Maids), Steven Guarino (Happy Endings), Willam Belli (Rupaul’s Drag Race), John Halbach (Such Good People), Matthew McKelligon (Interior Leather Bar), and Vera Miao (Best Friends Forever).

201: “WEIRDER THAN NORMAL”

The morning after. Thom (Van Hansis) and Cal (Kit Williamson) wake up at Thom’s place with Trevor (Adam Bucci) in their bed. Cal heads home to find his estranged sister Hillary (Brianna Brown) sleeping on the front steps, and Thom heads to work to find Ian (John Halbach) still drunk from the night before. Jeremy (Matthew McKelligon) kicks nice guy Derrick (Leith Burke) out of his bed before his sister Bri (Brea Grant) comes home to find him ditching his babysitting duties. Cal and Thom try to figure out what they want from each other, while Thom’s handsome coworker Jarred (Satya Bhabha) makes it clear that he wants Thom.

202: “SODOM (AND GOMMORAH)”

The night before. Cal and Thom take Trevor to Douglas (Willam Belli) and Quincy’s (Stephen Guarino) Bastille Day party. It’s Kathy’s (Constance Wu) last night in town, and she and Ian go to meet the guys there to say goodbye before everything implodes.

203: “SEX THERAPY”

After Cal’s handsome boss Paul (Sean Maher) makes a pass at him, Quincy and Douglas grill Cal and Thom about the terms of their relationship. Bri and V (Vera Miao) make plans for their wedding, while Vera begins seeing Ian. Hillary goes looking for a job and begins seeing Ian too. Cal and Thom proceed to sleep their way through all of Silver Lake.

204: “THICK LIKE A LOTION”

Tom and Cal make an emergency trip to the free clinic. Hillary takes Ian to look at apartments, driving him into Vera’s arms. Jeremy and Derik babysit the kids during Bri and V’s lesbian bridal shower, and Bri becomes suspicious that Vera is seeing someone else.

205: “OPEN BAR”

Val (Traci Lords) comes to town for Cal’s gallery show. Paul’s wife Carmella (Lennon Parham) holds his career in her hand. Douglas confronts Quincy about downplaying their relationship to their coworkers.

206: “EVOLVING”

Season Two Finale. Bri and Jeremy stalk Vera. After spending the day with Quincy and Hillary, Thom and Cal run into Jeremy. Cal considers a move to New York.
